Not only is it super simple to make but it's packed with protein and layering with fruit will help you get in your 5-a-day. This recipe is really versatile too; not a fan of mint? Ditch the peppermint and choose another one of our tasty Carb Killa® bar flavours and, voila!

Perfect for those 'I need ice-cream but am trying to be good' moments or as an indulgent post-gym pudding. And it's so easy!

Method

Start by putting the banana, avocado, peppermint, cacao powder, almond butter and the Carb Killa® Shake into a blender and blitz

 Once smooth and creamy, pour into two bowls

Then, cut up your fruit to garnish - you could use bananas, strawberries, apples, whatever you fancy! Cut up your Carb Killa® Bar too

Place the chopped fruit and Carb Killa® Bar carefully on top of your smoothie and enjoy!
