Craving something sweet but still want to stay on track with your goals? These caramelised biscuit protein cheesecakes are a perfect fridge-friendly snack – creamy, indulgent, and packed with protein thanks to Grenade Birthday Cake Protein Powder.

Serves 2
150g thick Greek yoghurt
50g light cream cheese
15g light butter
30g caramelised biscuit spread
Crush the caramelised biscuits in a bowl, then mix with the melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into ramekins or jars to form the cheesecake base.
In another bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt, light cream cheese and Grenade Protein Powder until smooth. Stir in half of the melted biscuit spread.
Spoon the protein filling onto your biscuit bases, then drizzle over the remaining melted biscuit spread. Top with extra biscuit crumbs if you’re feeling fancy.
Pop your cheesecakes in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set – or dig in straight away if you can’t wait!
