Serves 2
2 heaped tbsp Greek yoghurt (look for a thick consistency)
1 heaped tbsp light cream cheese
Handful of fresh strawberries, sliced
In a bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt, light cream cheese and Grenade Strawberries & Cream Protein Powder until smooth and fully blended.
Spread a generous tablespoon of the protein mixture onto one slice of brioche. Top with sliced strawberries, then add another tablespoon of the mixture.
Place a second slice of brioche on top to complete your sandwich. Serve immediately and enjoy!
