Grenade® Free Gift Over £60 – Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Overview
Customers who place a single order of £60 or more (after discounts, excluding delivery) on Grenade.com during the promotional period will receive one free Grenade® merchandise gift, subject to availability.
The free gift will be need to be selected by the customer at checkout, once value threshold is reached £60 or above.
2. Promotional Period
This promotion will run until free gift stock is exhausted. Grenade reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time where necessary due to stock availability or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Eligibility
• Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Applies to online purchases only at Grenade.com.
• Minimum spend threshold (£60) must be met in a single transaction after discounts and promotions, excluding delivery charges.
• One free gift per order.
• Not valid in conjunction with any other free gift promotion unless explicitly stated.
4. Free Gift Details
The free gift will be one of the following Grenade® merchandise items, selected at checkout:
- Cherry Bomb Pre workout 330g (20 servings) - Gift
- Tropical BCAA - 390g (30 Servings) - Gift
Free gifts are subject to availability and may be substituted for an item of equal or greater value at Grenade’s discretion.
5. Pricing Transparency & Value
Each free gift has a genuine standalone Recommended Retail Price (RRP) and is also available for purchase separately on Grenade.com.
The stated value of the free gift is based on its normal selling price, not an inflated or promotional price.
Grenade will not offer a cash equivalent or partial refund in place of the free gift.
6. Delivery
• The free gift will be shipped together with the qualifying order.
• Standard delivery charges apply to the order and are clearly displayed at checkout.
• No additional delivery charge is applied specifically for the free gift.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
a) Grenade Food Products (Perishable Goods)
Due to the perishable nature of Grenade food products:
• Food items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.
b) Free Gift (Merchandise Items)
Free gifts are personalised/promotional merchandise and therefore:
• Cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
• If the free gift is faulty, customers must notify Grenade within 14 days of delivery to receive a replacement or refund.
c) Returning Part of an Order
If a customer cancels or returns non-perishable items (where applicable) and the remaining order value falls below £60, Grenade reserves the right to:
• Require the free gift to be returned, or
• Deduct the RRP value of the free gift from any refund issued
This will be clearly communicated by customer services prior to refund processing.
d) Faulty Free Gifts
Where a free gift is faulty:
• Grenade will offer a replacement or refund of the free gift only
• No cash alternative will be provided
8. Availability
Grenade has made a reasonable forecast of free gift availability. Once stock is depleted:
• The promotion will end automatically
• Messaging on Grenade.com will be updated to reflect this
Grenade is not responsible for free gifts unavailable due to circumstances beyond its control.
