In-stock items will be shipped as per your selected shipping option (typically next day). Your pre-order item will be shipped from 10th December 2025. You will not be charged a seperate shipping fee for this.

Yes, you will receive email confirmation of your pre-order item being dispatched.
The estimated shipping date is 10th December 2025. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
When you pre-order your item, you have reserved the item. If in certain cases we cannot fulfil your order, you will receive a full refund on the item.
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with Bundles, Pick 'n' Mix , Loyalty Points, or other codes, unless stated otherwise. Please note some items already discounted, including best before items, will be excluded from further discounts too.

At Grenade we pride ourselves on our service times from order to delivery.
Delivery on all UK orders over £40 is free, any orders below £40 will be charged £5.95 for (Click & Collect £4.95).
We offer next working day delivery for all orders received by 11pm Monday to Friday not including bank holidays.
Orders placed after 11pm will have a 2 day delivery time. For orders placed over the weekend your items will be dispatched on the following Monday, for next day delivery. (Please allow 24 hours extra delivery time for our customised Pick and Mix boxes)
Please be aware that with certain promotions, events or product launches, there may be a delay in delivery due to increased demand.

Of course you can! Our subscriptions are fully customisable. You can add new products to your subscription, change your products, try new products on a one-time basis, tweak delivery dates, and make all admin changes such as delivery address and payment details within the Manage Subscriptions section of your Grenade account.
