Carb Killa® Chocolate Twists

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C

Mix all the ingredients (apart from the spread) together in a large bowl until a dough forms

Dust your worktop with flour and knead the dough a couple of times. Next, split the dough in to 2 pieces; Dough A and Dough B

Place Dough A between 2 sheets of cling film and roll into a rectangular shape

Secondly, take dough B and roll between 2 sheets of cling film into a rectangular shape and set aside

Take the top sheet of cling film off Dough A and spread the Milk Chocolate Carb Killa® Spread across the top evenly

Next, take the top sheet of cling film off Dough B and carefully flip onto Dough A. Remove the remaining cling film off Dough B

Using a dough cutter or sharp knife , cut into approximately 1 cm strips and then carefully twist the strip 3 or 4 times

Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Repeat for the rest of the dough making sure to leave gaps between each twist on the baking tray

Brush each strip with beaten egg for a golden brown finish

 Bake in the oven for approximately 15 mins

 Grab a cuppa and enjoy them fresh from the oven
