Prep Kitchen x Grenade 2026 UK Giveaway

Opens 00:00 on 26 May 2026 and closes  00:00 on 9 June 2026. No purchase necessary. Open to residents of the UK who are 18+.  
  
To enter, participants must enter the giveaway via the completion of the giveaway form. Entry requires:  

-            Signing up to the Grenade database during the Promotional Period via the giveaway entry form. 

-            Acceptance of giveaway terms & conditions. 

 
 Prize: One winner (1) will receive:

  • Six (6) month supply of Grenade Protein Bars (a total of 6 Protein Bar Boxes - 12 Protein bars per box).
  • One (1) month supply of Prep Kitchen meals.
      
    There will only be one winner.  
      
    Internet access and a valid email address are required.  
    Maximum one entry per person.  
    The winners will be selected at random. Winner selection will take place within seven (7) days of the Promotion closing.

 Grenade – Full Terms and Conditions  

1. Promoter:

2. Eligibility:  

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees (and immediate family members) of the Promoter, its group companies, or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion are not eligible.  

3. No Purchase Necessary.  

4. Promotion Period:  

Entries will be accepted between 00:00 on 26 May 2026 and closes  00:00 on 9 June 2026. Entries outside this period will not be valid.  

5. How to Enter:  

To enter, participants must enter the giveaway via the completion of the giveaway form on the giveaway landing page. Entry requires:
- New sign-ups to the Grenade database and acceptance of Grenade Marketing communications during the Promotional Period via the giveaway entry form. 

6. Entry Limitations:  

Maximum one (1) entry per person.  
Only one (1) prize per household.  
Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.  

7. Requirements:  

Internet access and a valid email address are required.  

8. The Prize:  

One winner will receive: 
-  Six (6) months supply of Protein Bars (6 x protein bar boxes, flavour chosen at Grenade discretion)

- One (1) month supply of Prep Kitchen meals.

9. Winner Selection: 

The winner will be selected at random. Winner selection will take place within seven (7) days of the Promotion closing.  

10. Winner Notification:  

The winner will be contacted via the email used to enter the promotion within seven (7) days of the draw. The winner must respond to confirm acceptance of the prize within three (3) days. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and the prize being awarded to a reserve.  

11. Prize Fulfilment:  

Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of confirmation. If a prize is not received, the winner must notify Grenade within 30 days of acceptance. The Promoter is not responsible for undelivered prizes if contact details are incorrect.  

12. Publicity:  

Unless objected to, the winner’s surname and county will be available on request for three (3) months after the Promotion closes by writing to Grenade at the above address. The winner may request for their name to be withheld.  

13. Data Protection:  

Personal data will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy (Privacy Policy – Grenade UK). Entrants can unsubscribe from partner marketing at any time via email preferences.  

14. Additional Terms:  

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.  
In the event the prize is unavailable, a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.  
Entrants must not have previously published or shared content likely to damage Grenade’s reputation. Breach of this clause may result in disqualification.  

15. Liability:  

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, network failure or other issues outside of its control. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.  

16. Disqualification:  

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries or participants if there are reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these terms has occurred.  

17. Governing Law:  

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 

18. The Promoter shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and any successor legislation or other applicable law. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and in accordance with the Promoters’ Data Privacy Notice which can be found at [ https://www.grenade.com/pages/privacy-policy]. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion (including any relevant promotional activity) or communicating with entrants.  

19. If any part of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.   

20.  By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.   

21.  If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.    

22.  These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK.
