Summary Terms and Conditions: 

UK, 18+. Open between the start Match 3 of each applicable Match-day and closes at the final whistle of Match 3 on each Matchday. No Purchase required. Entry via QR code displayed on the screen in the Copper Box Arena. Mobile phone, internet access, email address, and contact details are required. Maximum 1 entry per person. Maximum 1 prize per matchday. Entries over the maximum number of entries will be void.

  1. Confirmation of Acceptance: By submitting your entry to this Promotion, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information. 

Eligibility: This Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over (“you”, “your”, “entrant”). Any employees or workers of the Promoter (or any of its group undertakings and its agencies who are directly connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion) are excluded from entering this Promotion 

These terms and conditions apply to the Baller League x Grenade Bar Pong’ competition (the "Competition").  

  1. The promoters of this Competition are: Baller League UK Ltd (company number 15978219) whose registered office is at Julco House (C/O Oakvale Capital LLP), 26-28 Great Portland Street, London, United Kingdom, W1W8QT (“Baller League”).  

  1. Grenade UK LIMITED (Company number 06978658) whose registered office is at Grenade HQ, Bournville Place, Bournville Lane, Birmingham, England, B30 2HP is, alongside Baller League (“Grenade”) 

 

ENTRY PROCESS  

  1. Competition entrants (“Entrants”)_ are automatically deemed to have accepted, and agreed to be bound by, these terms and conditions (the Competition Terms and Conditions”)_ upon entry into the Competition. 

  1. The Competition will be hosted at selected Baller League match days during the first season (a "Matchday"). Entry is limited to those in attendance at the relevant Matchday.  

  1. The Competition will be open for entry at approximately 19:13 (Match 3 kick-off) on the selected Matchday and closes at the final whistle of Match 3 on the selected Matchdays (each period is an applicable “Entry Period”). Any entry completed or received after the Closing Date and/or other than in accordance with the entry requirements set out below will not be included in the Competition.  

  1. To enter the Competition, Entrants must attend a Matchday and;  

  1. either (i) scan the QR code which appears at the Matchday venue or (ii) go direct to signup form at https://form.jotform.com/251422112183342 and follow the link to enter and complete the form shown on the screen during the Entry Period; and complete the data entry form with your full name and seat number, and tick to confirm that you accept the Competition Terms and Conditions.  

  1. The instructions provided at the point of entry form part of these Competition Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these Competition Terms and Conditions take precedence.  

  1. The Competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.  

  1. Internet access is required to enter the Competition.

Eligibility 

  1. The Competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over who have a valid ticket for and are present at the applicable Matchday. The Competition is not open to employees of Baller League or Grenade 

  1. Each Entrant may only enter the Competition once. Multiple entries by the same Entrant may, in Baller League’s sole discretion, result in disqualification of that Entrant from the Competition or limitation of such entries to a single entry only.  

  1. In entering the Competition, each Entrant confirms that they are eligible to do so and eligible to participate in the Grenade Bar Pong’ Challenge (defined below). Baller League may require an Entrant to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Competition (including proof of age or residence and/or valid ticket).  

  1. Baller League reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Entrant has breached these Competition Terms and Conditions.  

 

FINALIST SELECTION  

  1. There will be two finalists selected at each Matchday (the Finalists” and each a Finalist”)_ 

  1. The Finalists will be randomly selected by a computer-generated draw from all valid entries for the applicable Matchday or soon after the close of the applicable Entry Period.  

  1. Entrants must be in their seat at the end of Match 3 until the start of the Match 4 to qualify as a Finalist. Finalists will be collected from their seat (using the seat and ticket details provided as part of their entry) at the end of Match 3 and before the Match 4 on the applicable Matchday and asked to confirm they wish to participate in the Grenade Bar Pong’ Challenge and sign a waiver. In the event that any Finalist fails to confirm their wish to participate, are not at their seat when the Grenade representative comes to collect them, or Baller League determines that a Finalist has breached these Competition Terms and Conditions, Baller League reserves the right to offer the chance to participate in the Grenade Bar Pong’ Challenge to another Entrant (selected by computer-generated random draw or by an independent person). Baller League does not accept any responsibility for any Finalist not present when the Grenade representative comes to collect them.  

 

GRENADE ‘BAR PONG’ CHALLENGE  

  1. The Finalists will each be entitled to participate in a half-time challenge at the applicable Matchday (the "GRENADE BAR PONG CHALLENGE").  

  1. The Grenade Bar Pong’ Challenge will consist of two ‘rounds’ – the first being a (30) second ‘round’ whereby each ‘finalist’ will participate, followed by a delegated Baller League Player representative having 3 single attempts (kicks) each. There will be two ‘stations’ made up of 6 x oil drum style barrels on each side of the pitch. Finalists will attempt to chip the ball into the opposing oil drums, set up within the opposition’s ‘station’. The winner (the "Winner") will be the Finalist that scores the successful chips into the opposing barrels – each successful ball into a barrel will receive one (1) ‘point’. If a Finalist has a relevant disability, then Baller League and Grenade reserve the right to allow that Finalist either to throw, rather than kick, the ball to score ‘points’ or to nominate a member of their party to participate in the shoot out on their behalf. In the latter case, the Finalist (and not their nominee) will be eligible to win the Prize if their nominee is successful in the shoot-out.  

  1. In the event of a tie (i.e. where both Finalists have achieved the same number of goals) then the Prize (defined below) will be split between the Finalists evenly.  

  1. The winner will receive a Gift Voucher worth £500 RRP (five hundred pounds) to be redeemed only at Grenade.com (the "Prize"). Gift Voucher be valid until 23:59 31st December 2025. 

  1. The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.  

 

CONSENTS AND WAIVERS  

  1. Each Finalist hereby consents to the recording and broadcast of the Grenade Bar Pong’ Challenge and grants Baller League and Grenade all consents required to make the fullest use of any recording or broadcast of the Grenade ‘Bar Pong’ Challenge in all media, now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world in whole or in part or not at all. 

  1. Each Finalist grants Baller League and Grenade the right to use that Finalist’s name, voice, likeness, photographs and any biographical material concerning them in connection with the Competition and exploitation of any recording or broadcast of the Grenade Bar Pong’ Challenge and/or ancillary products/services derived therefrom and/or in connection with Baller League worldwide by all means and in all media now known or hereafter developed in perpetuity.  

  1. Each Finalist hereby irrevocably grants and assigns to Baller League and Grenade all copyright and all other rights, title and interest in any recording or broadcast of the Grenade Bar Pong’ Challenge (including, without limitation, all performers' property rights and any rental and lending rights and behind the scenes filming) throughout the world by any and all means and in all media now known or hereafter developed in perpetuity and each Finalist hereby agrees that Baller League and Grenade may exploit the same to the fullest possible extent without any further fee(s) or monies becoming due to the Finalist or any third party.  

  1. Each Finalist accepts that Baller League and Grenade have the right to edit, copy or translate any recording or broadcast of the Grenade Bar Pong’ as Baller League and Grenade sees fit, and each Finalist irrevocably waives the benefits of and agrees not to assert any provision of law known as moral rights or any similar laws of any jurisdiction. Each Finalist further accepts that Baller League and Grenade shall have no further obligations arising either directly or indirectly to the Finalist or any third party representing the Finalist.  

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  

  1. Neither Baller League, Grenade nor any of their partners, affiliates, agents, employees, officers, directors or representatives will be liable (to the fullest extent permitted by law) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the organising or holding of the Competition or as a result of any Entrant’s participation in the Competition (or the Grenade Bar Pong’ Challenge) or as a result of winning, collecting, use or enjoyment of any Grenade Bar Pong’  Grenade Bar Pong’ Challenge and/or prize, if the Competition does not run as planned or if any part of any Prize is unable to be delivered for any reason. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.  

  1. If the Competition or any part of it (including the Grenade Bar Pong’ Challenge) is not capable of running or being completed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to reasons of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Baller League, Baller League reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition without liability.  

  1. Baller League accepts no responsibility for Competition entries that are not successfully completed or submitted, regardless of cause, including (without limitation) due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure, of any kind.  

 

ENTRANTS’ PERSONAL DATA 

  1. Any personal data relating to any individual which is received by Baller League in relation to the Competition will be used in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, Baller League’s Privacy Policy which can be found at: https://ballerleague.uk/en/page/privacy-policy, and Grenade’s Grenade's Privacy Policy can be found at: https://www.grenade.com/pages/privacy-policy 

  1. Baller League may be required to either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Baller League will send the surname and county of the Finalists to anyone who emails info@ballerleague.uk or sends a letter addressed to Baller League using the address given above, (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date. If an Entrant objects to any or all of his/her surname and county being published or made available, please contact Baller League using the email address or postal address referred to in this clause. In such circumstances, Baller League must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.  

  1. If an Entrant has any questions about these Competition Terms and Conditions, including any request to exercise their legal rights under data protection law, they should contact Baller League at info@ballerleague.uk  

 

GENERAL  

  1. Baller League reserves the right to refuse entry to the Competition, to disqualify from the Competition or to refuse to award the Prize(s) to anyone who it reasonably considers has breached these Competition Terms and Conditions or to anyone who, in Baller League’s sole opinion, has otherwise acted improperly or dishonestly.  

  1. The decision of Baller League regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding (including as to the award of the Prize(s)) and no correspondence will be entered into regarding any such decision.  

  1. If any provision of these Competition Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Competition Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.  

  1. These Competition Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them will be governed jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any disputes or claims arising out of, or in connection with, these Competition Terms and Conditions or the Competition. Entrants in Scotland and Northern Ireland may additionally bring an action in their home
