Baller League Season 2 Ticket Giveaway 

Opens 00:00 on 03 December 2025 and closes 00:00 on 5 December 2025. No purchase necessary. Open to residents of the UK who are 18+.   
   
To enter, participants must enter the competition via the completion of the giveaway form accessible from sent marketing email. Entry requires:   

- Existing Grenade database members who have engaged (Opened or clicked) with marketing emails in the past 120 days (prior to 3rd December 2025),  

AND 

- Completed and submitted the giveaway entry form accessible via the marketing email. 

- Acceptance of giveaway Terms & Conditions. 
 

Prize:  

Eight (8) winners will each receive 2x General Admission Tickets to Baller League Season 2 for their chosen matchday.  
   
There will only be eight winners.   
   
Internet access and a valid email address are required.   
Maximum one entry per person.

Maximum one (1) entry per person.   
Only one (1) prize per household.   
Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.

9. Winner Selection:  

The winner will be selected at random. Winner selection will take place within seven (7) days of the Promotion closing.   

10. Winner Notification:   

The winner will be contacted via the email used to enter the promotion within seven (7) days of the draw. The winner must respond to confirm acceptance of the prize within three (2) days. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and the prize being awarded to a reserve.   

11. Prize Fulfilment:   

Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of confirmation. If a prize is not received, the winner must notify Grenade within 30 days of acceptance. The Promoter is not responsible for undelivered prizes if contact details are incorrect.   

12. Publicity:   

Unless objected to, the winner’s surname and county will be available on request for three (3) months after the Promotion closes by writing to Grenade at the above address. The winner may request for their name to be withheld.   

13. Data Protection:   

Personal data will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy (Privacy Policy – Grenade UK). Entrants can unsubscribe from partner marketing at any time via email preferences.   

14. Additional Terms:   

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.   
In the event the prize is unavailable, a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.   
Entrants must not have previously published or shared content likely to damage Grenade’s reputation. Breach of this clause may result in disqualification.   

15. Liability:   

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, network failure or other issues outside of its control. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.   

16. Disqualification:   

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries or participants if there are reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these terms has occurred.   

17. Governing Law:   

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.  

18. The Promoter shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and any successor legislation or other applicable law.
