To maintain our commitment to delivering quality high protein bars with a deliciously soft texture and great taste, we use dairy proteins and collagen, meaning the Grenade protein bars are not vegan. However, if you’d like a vegetarian option, we currently offer our Dark Chocolate Raspberry protein bar which is vegetarian certified.  

Allergen information is clearly listed on each product page and on the product packaging. If you have a nut or peanut allergy, please avoid the following bars: 

• Peanut Nutter 
• Peanut Butter soft core 
• White Chocolate Salted Peanut 

 Please note that several Grenade products are made in facilities that handle peanuts, nuts and other allergens. Always check the specific allergen information for the product before purchasing.  

Grenade protein bars do not contain gluten-containing ingredients, with the exception of the Oreo protein bar and Oreo White protein bar, which contain real Oreo pieces and therefore not gluten free.

Our products are made in facilities that handle wheat, so they cannot be certified as gluten free. 

Unfortunately, not. However, if you’d like to use your loyalty points without the discount being applied, simply press the small X on the discount at checkout. This will remove it and allow you to add your loyalty points instead.  

All of our products will have a minimum shelf life of 3 months. If for any reason your item arrives with less than 3 months remaining and it’s not a BBE item, please get in touch with our friendly customer experience team and they’ll be happy to help.
