At Grenade we pride ourselves on our service times from order to delivery.

Delivery on all UK orders over £40 is free, any orders below £40 will be charged £5.95 for home delivery (click and collect is £4.95).

We offer next working day delivery for all orders received by 11pm Monday to Friday not including bank holidays. 

Orders placed after 11pm will have a 2 day delivery time. For orders placed over the weekend your items will be dispatched on the following Monday, for next day delivery. (Please allow 24 hours extra delivery time for our customised Pick and Mix boxes)

Of course you can! Our subscriptions are fully customisable. You can add new products to your subscription, change your products, try new products on a one-time basis, tweak delivery dates, and make all admin changes such as delivery address and payment details within the Manage Subscriptions section of your Grenade account. 

We'll send you a handy reminder just before your next order is due to be processed to make sure everything looks good.

The loyalty points tab will appear on the right side of your screen during the checkout. Here you adjust the amount of points you wish to use from your balance. 

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with Bundles, Pick 'n' Mix , Loyalty Points, or other codes, unless stated otherwise. Please note some items already discounted, including best before items, will be excluded from further discounts too.
