Protein Waffles

Ingredients

Waffle
25g Oats
25g Hydra 6 Protein Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
200ml Carb Killa Shake
60g Egg Whites
Toppings
30g Greek Yoghurt
20g Milk Chocolate Carb Killa Spread
A Handful Crushed Raspberries
1 Carb Killa Bar

Method

Add all the ingredients into a blender

Heat a waffle maker and spray in some oil

Pour the mixture in once the waffle maker is hot

Once cooked, remove the waffle and add on your toppings

Dig in and enjoy!
