Gingerbread Pancake Stack

Let’s kickstart the Autumn season the right way – with a triple tier pancake, topped with our Gingerbread Protein Bar. Sounds tasty right? Go give @taras_tastes ginger and cinnamon spiced pancake stack a go!

Ingredients

100g Flour
150ml Milk
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp All-Spice
1/2 tbsp Ginger Powder
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Almond Butter
Pinch Salt
1 Gingerbread Bar

Method

Combine all of the above ingredients together in a mixing bowl and whisk to form your pancake batter.

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and take tablespoons of the batter and add to the frying pan. Cook until the pancake is golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Repeat with the remaining batter.

For the delicious filling, I used low fat cream cheese mixed with honey and a dash of all-spice. Spread your cream cheese mixture on the pancakes & stack. I topped them with ginger bread biscuit crumbs and delicious Grenade Gingerbread Carb Killa Bar Pieces.
