1 Egg
70g Plain Flour
80ml Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
5g Baking Powder
100ml Water
2 Scoops Hydra 6

Method

1.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl to create a batter.

2.

Heat up some low-calorie spray in a frying pan.

3.

Once hot, add a dollop of mixture to the pan to create your pancake.

4.

Once the pancake begins to cook, flip it! 

5.

Once the pancake has cooked through, remove from the frying pan. 

6.

Top with some Carb Killa Spread and some chopped up Carb Killa and enjoy!
