Banana Protein Pancakes

Method

1.

Whisk all the ingredients together, either manually or using a blender!

2.

Once whisked, leave to stand for 1 minute.

3.

Spray some low-calorie spray or a little coconut oil in a pan.

4.

Once hot, pour small amounts of mixture onto the pan to create your pancakes.

5. 

Once little holes start to appear (usually after about 2 mins), flip the pancakes over and cook for another couple of minutes.
