Of course you can! Our subscriptions are fully customisable. You can add new products to your subscription, change your products, try new products on a one-time basis, tweak delivery dates, and make all admin changes such as delivery address and payment details within the Manage Subscriptions section of your Grenade account. 

We'll send you a handy reminder just before your next order is due to be processed to make sure everything looks good.

By default your subscription will be delivered to you every 30 days. But you can change, pause, or advance this in the Manage Subscriptions section of your Grenade account.

No problems, you can cancel your subscription at any time However, you can pause your subscription at any time and re-activate at a later date.

Subscription: By subscribing to Grenade’s subscribe and save programme, you agree to receive recurring shipments of our products at a discounted rate. You may choose the frequency of your deliveries (this is defaulted to every 30 days) and the products you wish to receive in each shipment.

Automatic Payment: By subscribing, you authorize Grenade to charge your payment method automatically for each recurring shipment. Please note that changes may take up to 24 hours to process.

Discounted Rate: The discounted rate for your subscription will be the current subscription rate at the time of your purchase. This rate is subject to change at any time and without notice.

Minimum Term: We operate no minimum term on our subscriptions.

Shipping: Grenade will ship your subscription products to the address you provide during checkout. Shipping fees will be calculated at the time of purchase and will be charged to your payment method along with the cost of the products.

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time after receiving your third order by logging into your account or by contacting us directly. Please note that cancellations made before your third order has been shipped will not be processed.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: Grenade reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for any updates or changes.
