The Ultimate Protein Hot Chocolate Recipe | Grenade

Let’s be honest, facing the gym when it’s dark and miserable outside is more unappealing than leg day. So, why not make braving the cold a little more bearable with our protein hot chocolate recipe?  

We’ve mixed our Fudge Brownie Protein Shake with a few seasonal spices to bring you something truly delicious that will satisfy those sugar cravings... you can thank us later! 

Ingredients

1 Grenade Fudge Brownie Protein Shake
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Light cream for serving
Cocoa powder for serving

Method

1.

Add the Protein Shake, cinnamon and nutmeg to a pan and bring to a gentle simmer for 1 minute.

2.

Take off the heat for a few minutes to allow the flavours to infuse. 

3.

 Pour into a large mug, topping with light squirty cream, and dust with cocoa powder.
