No contract will exist between you and Grenade for the sale by it to you of any produce unless and until Grenade accepts your order by email confirming that it has shipped your product. That acceptance shall be deemed complete and for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Grenade sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email).

To cancel this contract, please advise us in writing giving the reason for the return as ‘contract cancellation’.

Protection for Credit Cards

If somebody uses your card fraudulently or dishonestly (without your knowledge) for any kind of distance purchase, you can cancel the payment and the card issuer must refund you. You should notify your card issuer as soon as possible after you discover this fraudulent use or if your card has been stolen.

Faulty goods – if your product is faulty, please email customerservice@grenade.com for assistance.  Faulty goods do not include incorrect sizes / personal opinions etc. Grenade will only offer an exchange on these items by prior arrangement. If any items are returned to Grenade, the customer will need to return with a proof of posting. Any refunds agreed will only be made minus shipping costs. This does not apply to faulty items. Any refunds agreed aim to be processed within 48 hrs. However, it may take up to 7 days for money to be returned to the customer’s account.

If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, arrives after its expiration date, or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement right away. Contact customerservices@grenade.com
