Delivery is free on all US domestic orders over $50.00. Orders below $50 incur a delivery charge dependent on state.  We aim to deliver your items within 4 working days (US only). We do not offer nor can guarantee next day delivery. *Free Shipping on orders over $50 only applies to 48 contiguous states.

Please note - delivery times may be slightly longer following special promotions or seasonal offers.

Can my order be sent to my work address instead?

Yes we can send your order to an alternate address. We will also need the cardholders address for security checks, but the order will be shipped to the address that you enter in the Delivery Details section of the checkout form.

How will you let me know my delivery has been sent?

We will contact you with an estimated delivery date, which will be within [2] days after the date of the Dispatch Confirmation (the date on which we e-mail you to confirm our acceptance of your order). Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an event outside our control. 

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, please contact our customer services team using at [email protected] for more information.

What guarantee do I have with my products?

At Grenade we are proud to supply and manufacture some of the highest quality products available today. As such, if you find your goods to be in an unsatisfactory condition, we are willing to offer a refund if the product is returned unopened (within 30 days) to the following address:

What happens if an order of mine is damaged?

Every order sent from Grenade is fully insured, and any damaged parcel will be replaced by us and we will claim from our delivery partner responsible for the damage. They will collect the damaged parcel from you upon delivery of the replacement, to investigate how the damage occurred. We will aim to replace your damaged product within 48 hours.
