What payment methods can I use?

The Grenade Website accepts many forms of payment methods. These include: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

Special Offers/Coupon Codes

At certain times, Grenade® may promote special offers / bundle packages. Please note, Grenade® coupon codes WILL NOT BE VALID for these offers / packages

When will Grenade charge my account?

When you place an order, Grenade will contact your credit or debit card's issuing bank to confirm it is a valid account. Grenade then requests an authorization, which holds the funds for the full or partial purchase amount. As Grenade prepares your items, authorized funds will be unavailable and may display as "pending" on your credit or debit cards online statement, your card will then be charged after the order has been shipped.

If you cancel your order before your items are billed, any authorizations placed on your credit card account can take up to 30 days to expire and any authorizations placed on your debit card account can take up to 10 days to expire. Contact your financial institution for their specific timeframes.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Depending on your payment method, it can take up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account once it has been processed by Grenade:

Credit cards are not charged until the order has shipped. For any order cancellations prior to shipping, the amount of authorization held on you card will be removed within 3 days by your credit card company.

Debit cards are charged when the order is placed. For any order cancellations prior to shipping, you will automatically be refunded to your account within 5-7 business days. If your order has already shipped and you wish to return it to obtain a refund, please  email customerservice@grenade.com for further information.

What currencies can I pay in?

On our website we are happy to accept and process payment through a number of different currencies. These include: Great British Pound (£), US Dollar ($) and the Euro (€).

What do you do with my personal details?

We only use your personal details to complete your order, and shortly after completion of your order your payment details are automatically deleted from our system. Your name and address details are stored on our system to make future orders easier. Your name and address details are never sold or passed on to a third party although Grenade may use your email address to make you aware of issues with your order / feedback from your experience etc.
