What payment methods can I use?

The Grenade® Website accepts many forms of payment methods. These include: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and Paypal.

At certain times, Grenade® may promote special offers / bundle packages. Please note, Grenade® coupon codes WILL NOT BE VALID for these offers / packages

How long does it take to process my refund?

Depending on your payment method, it can take up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account once it has been processed by Grenade®:

Credit cards are not charged until the order has shipped. For any order cancellations prior to shipping, the amount of authorization held on you card will be removed within 3 days by your credit card company.

Debit cards are charged when the order is placed. For any order cancellations prior to shipping, you will automatically be refunded to your account within 5-7 business days. If your order has already shipped and you wish to return it to obtain a refund, please  email [email protected] for further information.

What currencies can I pay in?

On our website we are happy to accept and process payment through a number of different currencies. These include: Great British Pound (£), US Dollar ($) and the Euro (€).

What do you do with my personal details?

We only use your personal details to complete your order, and shortly after completion of your order your payment details are automatically deleted from our system. Your name and address details are stored on our system to make future orders easier. Your name and address details are never sold or passed on to a third party although Grenade may use your email address to make you aware of issues with your order / feedback from your experience etc.

How do I return my order?

Please follow the instructions on your return form; you have 14 days to return your order from the date of delivery. If you have lost your Returns Form, please contact [email protected]

Why have I been refunded? I asked for an exchange.

Size exchanges are not available. We will provide you with a full refund and notify you by email – A new order will then need to be processed.

Do I have to pay for my return?

We offer free returns from the UK, if you are returning from outside the UK the cost of return is at your own cost and is your responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked service as we do not accept any responsibility for returned goods until they have been received at our warehouse team.
