120g (1 cup) Gluten free Flour
17.5g Killer Vanilla Hydra 6
1 Tsp baking powder
½ Tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp zero fat Maple syrup
1 egg
½ Tsp salt
40oz Almond milk
¼ cup skinned milk

1 Grenade Caramel Chaos Bar
1 Tbsp Zero fat maple syrup


  1. Mix all the pancake dry ingredients together in one bowl then the wet in another. (It is super important to keep WET and DRY ingredients separate when making the pancake mix)
  2. Add wet ingredients to dry (Not the other way around!) and mix gently, not much effort needed here as you want to keep the mix thick in consistency and just combined
  3. Heat up frying pan with very little coconut oil. Pour mix in small amounts, cook till bubbles appear 2 minutes then flip and cook the other side
  4. Garnish with small pieces of Grenade caramel chaos bar and a drizzle of zero fat maple syrup
