Delivery Information

UK and EU

Delivery is free on all UK orders over £25. Orders below £25 incur a £4.99 delivery cost. We aim to delivery your items within 2 working days (UK only). We do not offer nor can guarantee next day delivery. For Europe, shipping fees are based on country and no standard free shipping is offered.

  • Order before 12pm, Monday to Friday – Estimated 1-2 working days
  • Order after 12pm, Monday to Thursday – Estimated 2-3 working days
  • Order after 12pm on a Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday – delivered on the following Wednesday

Please note - delivery times may be slightly longer following special promotions or seasonal offers.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship throughout the UK, Eire and any country within the EU. Grenade will also dispatch orders into North America. For orders outside of the UK, please allow between 10-14 days for delivery.

Do you ship to BFPO addresses?

We ship to all BFPO addresses and the delivery charge is free (orders over £25). The weight limit is 11kg to most BFPO addresses, however OP Henrick has a weight limit of 2kg. Please make sure the products you order do not exceed that limit as this may result in you paying a delivery fee. We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged in transit to BFPO addresses. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are shipped to BFPO addresses that are not delivered / go missing in transit. For orders under £25.00, a delivery charge is levied. This is to cover a proof of posting record from the Post Office.

Can my order be sent to my work address instead?

Yes we can send your order to an alternate address. We will also need the cardholders address for security checks, but the order will be shipped to the address that you enter in the Delivery Details section of the checkout form.

How will you let me know my delivery has been sent?

We will contact you with an estimated delivery date, which will be within [2] days after the date of the Dispatch Confirmation (the date on which we e-mail you to confirm our acceptance of your order). Occasionally our delivery to you may be effected by an Event outside our control. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our courier will leave you a note that the Products have been returned to their premises, in which case, please contact them to rearrange delivery.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, please contact our customer services team using at info@grenade.com for more information.

What guarantee do I have with my products?

At Grenade we are proud to supply and manufacture some of the highest quality products available today. As such, if you find your goods to be in an unsatisfactory condition, we are willing to offer a refund if the product is returned unopened (within 30 days) to the following address:

What happens if an order of mine is damaged?

Every order sent from Grenade is fully insured, and any damaged parcel will be replaced by us and we will claim from our delivery partner responsible for the damage. They will collect the damaged parcel from you upon delivery of the replacement, to investigate how the damage occurred. We will aim to replace your damaged product within 24 – 48 hours. We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged in transit to BFPO addresses. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are shipped to BFPO addresses that are not delivered / go missing in transit.
