As part of our dynamic UK Sales Team, working within our Wholesale & Convenience channel this role is a huge opportunity for an up-and-coming Account Executive.  Surrounded by a likeminded talented group of individuals, the raw talent of the successful candidate will

Key Responsibilities


  • Working alongside the existing team to ensure customer data is correct and up to date
  • Management of several smaller indirect customers within the Wholesale & Convenience portfolio. Working alongside the relevant NAM/AM to ensure alignment between the RTM and your customer
  • Agreeing promotions and signing off invoices for your relevant accounts
  • Agreeing and negotiating JBPs for your relevant accounts
  • Communicating monthly forecasts for your customers to the relevant NAM/AM for them to incorporate into their submissions
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers, to help drive relationships forward
  • Work effectively with internal teams to ensure efficiency for Grenade and customers
  • Actively learn about and be aware of the company and its activities in order to better understand and deal with the customers’ requirements
  • Participating in customer review meetings and presenting on customer specific activity and utilisation with the wider Wholesale & Convenience team

  • An organised, systematic approach to prioritise and keep on top of daily tasks with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work both independently and under instruction
  • Excellent numeric, written, and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, organised and flexible
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person; via email; via telephone
  • Good influencing skills
  • Professional, smart & Organised
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM applications)
  • Contribute within the office environment when necessary
  • Ability to effectively work alongside marketing, accounts, and production teams
  • Previous Convenience or Grocery sales experience is preferred but not essential
