Overall Purpose of the Role

Grenade are seeking a Paid Media Executive to help drive new customer acquisition via Grenade’s portfolio of International DTC websites and support our continued expansion.

Reporting to the Acquisition Manager, within the eCommerce team you’ll deliver best in class online marketing, to amplify the brand and convert online traffic to customers.

Using your broad digital knowledge and marketing skills you’ll support activity across Paid Social and PPC for domestic and International markets.

Key Accountabilities

• Support and implement marketing activities according to the channel plan across key online channels e.g. build paid social campaigns, update PPC keywords and text for NPD

• Main focus on overseeing and implementing paid social campaigns and overall activity for domestic and International territories and Retail support, including advert creation, bid adjustments, performance and reporting

• Create on-brand copy and captions across all channels, and continually optimise and A/B test with different USPs

• Keep up to date with trends, platforms and algorithm updates

• Nurture new emerging paid social channels such as TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube

• Work closely with our partner agencies and tools to support implementation of PPC strategy

• Work closely with our design team on content creation for online digital channels

• Analyse performance metrics across paid channels and report on findings, suggesting changes to improve current output

Person Specification

• Able to work collaboratively across the business, and to engage internal and external stakeholders

• Good analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills and highly numerate

• Strong IT skills and quick to learn new systems

• The ability to help manage complex development projects under tight schedules

• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Excellent written communication skills

• Able to work well in a team and under own initiative

• A self-starter who is capable of meeting deadlines


• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

• Digital marketing background

• Facebook Business Manager

• Google AdWords

• Google Analytics

• Understanding of eCommerce and basic web technologies (browsers, basic HTML, Shopify)

• Able to handle and organise data for performance reporting


• An interest in the Sports/Fitness/Nutrition Industry

• Experience on other Paid Social platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest

• European languages, preferably German
