Overall Purpose of the Role

An analytical, creative, and organised individual, the Paid Media Executive will support Grenade’s continued growth by implementing strategic campaigns via the brand’s US paid media channels, particularly paid social and paid search.

Role Profile

  • Responsible for the planning, execution, performance and reporting of the paid media campaigns across PPC.
  • Ensuring the campaigns are cost-effective and delivering strong return on investment
  • Provide insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives
  • Creation of ads that are creative and engaging across core channels - working closely with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand message is achieved
  • Leverage first party data for targeting and insights
  • Campaign reporting and analysis, reviewing campaign effectiveness to maximise results
  • Drive innovation and explore new paid media opportunities
  • Work with the marketing manager to provide dashboards and analytical insights
  • Collaboratively working with in-house creative teams to oversee and direct based on channel requirements

Person Specification

  • 2 years+ in a similar role with hand on experience running paid media channels
  • Degree level marketing
  • Google Analytics
  • Google AdWords
  • Facebook Business Manager
  • A keen eye for data insights & ability to confidently present to clients
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills

 Desirable

  • Experience managing other Ad platforms, e.g., LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads & TikTok Ads
  • An interest in the Sports/Fitness/Nutrition Industry
  • Qualification in Google AdWords
  • USA experience/exposure
