Driven by its strong brand, distinctive products, and highly innovative approach, Grenade® has made an explosive impact in the sports and active nutrition segments. As a market leader, Grenade ® sells a range of nutritional products, both B2B and B2C, including its signature ‘Carb Killa’ range of high protein bars and drinks. We are looking for an exceptional Creative Designer to join the ranks of the Creative team. This is a pivotal role in our journey to create a global lifestyle brand. Key Responsibilities

 

  • Work & collaborate with the creative & marketing team to produce inventive, impactful ideas to promote the Grenade Brand message
  • Take conceptual ideas and bring them to life through visuals ready for print/screen production
  • Work on a variety of briefs in line with global brand plans
  • Understand and contribute to marketing projects, adding value and taking lead on channels which you own
  • Experiment with new software and techniques to impact and augment your ideas
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and be accountable for your own workflow and schedule

Skills & Requirements 

 

  • Experience in a professional design environment
  • Good understanding of print production and digital design
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
  • Additional experience with other software is desirable, Dimensions, XD, Lightroom etc
  • Understanding and passion for digital technologies, marketing, and design trends with an understanding of how they be adopted to fit business and brand plans
  • Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with the wider marketing team
  • Flexibility and excellence under tight deadlines
  • Excellent attitude and desire to further their learning

  • Creative, confident individual who knows when to push the boundaries of design and when to adhere to guidelines and parameters in order to move the brand forward 
  • Able to work independently and also collaboratively in a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • The ability to solve problem, make decisions and offer solutions 
  • Creative mind with passion to bring new ideas to life and ability to take them all the way through to production
  • Hands on approach with the ability to keep pace with the business growth 
  • Team player with the attitude to get stuck into any brief (Both longer term large projects as well as smaller executions)
  • Desire to work closely with all departments in the company to gain a full understanding of the business
